Leave product in a vacuum package and place in refrigerator overnight or up to 8 hours.


Leave product in vacuum packaging. Place the vacuum-packed products in a bowl of water. Leave the product to thaw – this takes about 1-2 hours. Once thawed, follow the cooking instructions.


Take the vacuum-sealed pouch and submerge it in the water bath (90-100C) for 5-10 minutes or pour the product into a saucepan and bring it to boil

*Ensure pot size is large enough to submerge the entire pack

*Cooking time and temperature may vary for different appliances
