Belugari Royal Baerii Caviar is a premium type of caviar produced from the Baer’s Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii), which is native to the Siberian rivers and is also commonly found in the rivers of Eastern Europe.
Belugari’s Royal Baerii contains the masterful selection of Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) eggs.
Produced and farmed in Iran, it is the finest grade of Baerii Caviar. With shades of black and dark brown, the flavor of the eggs is pure and elegant with hints of almonds and sea breeze. The eggs are distinctly fine-grained and can be rolled and popped on the tongue.
Belugari’s Baerii is an ideal pairing with seafood, pasta, tapas or it can be enjoyed plain as an appetizer.
