Belugari’s Imperial Beluga is the flagship product of Belugari. This exceptional caviar is carefully selected from the top 10% of Iranian Huso Huso sturgeons to ensure outstanding quality and consistency.
The color is pale-silver with a balanced buttery-salty texture and taste characterized by the briny finish of Beluga. Despite the fragile body of regular Beluga Caviar, Belugari’s Royal Beluga selection ensures the texture is firm and in-tact and remains dry. The caviar is lightly salted (less than 4% salted) with sea salt and contains no preservatives. It is best enjoyed plain or with simple condiments like Blinis, chives, and egg white.
