How to Cook Diced Lamb
Highly versatile, Australian Lamb Diced is perfect for curries, stews, casseroles, stir-fries, kebabs, skewers, pies, and slow-cooked dishes. The even sizing allows the meat to cook uniformly, absorb spices and sauces effectively, and remain tender when simmered or braised. It performs exceptionally well in Middle Eastern, Indian, Mediterranean, Asian, and Western recipes, making it a staple for both home kitchens and professional food service operations.
For skewers, marinate the cubes in yoghurt, lemon, garlic and spices for at least an hour and grill over high heat. For curries and stews, brown in batches and simmer gently for 1–1½ hours.
Storage
Keep the pack refrigerated or frozen as stated on the label. Thaw frozen meat overnight in the fridge, cook within 24 hours of thawing and do not refreeze. Browse our full lamb selection for more cuts.
