The Millésime name means that this is a special champagne. All grapes used in the making of this champagne come from the same year and it has been aged at least 3 years on lees. Enjoy as an aperitif.
The lively effervescence forms a fine and powerful cordon and mousse. Straw yellow hue with beautiful clarity. The nose is fine and elegant with floral notes of rose and acacia flower. The attack is open and clear on the palate. The structure is very balanced with a citrus and fresh fruit finish. The dosage produces a long and refreshing finish with toasted aromas.
